OUR PEOPLE - ANDREW M. MIERINS
Attorney M. Mierins practices in the field of civil litigation and business representation. He is admitted to practice in all New Hampshire courts and the United States District Court - District of New Hampshire.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and his Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. While at Franklin Pierce Law Center, Andy served as a Senior Editor of the Pierce Law Review, he was a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board, a teaching and research assistant and represented Franklin Pierce Law Center at the eastern region Saul Lefkowitz National Moot Court Competition in New York City.
In 2002, Andrew was selected as a judicial extern for the Honorable Norman H. Stahl of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston, Massachusetts. Before this, he was selected to be a judicial extern for the judges of the Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Andrew is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, belonging to the Corporation, Banking and Business Law and Family Law sections, and the American Bar Association, belonging to its Litigation and Business Law sections. He is a member of both the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
Prior to law school Andrew worked as an educator for various New Hampshire school districts and in management positions for a multinational corporation. He volunteers for the Merrimack County Probate Court Visitor program and as a member of the New Lawyers Committee for the New Hampshire Bar Association.
