Our firm has a history of providing dedicated legal services to many diverse clients for nearly two decades. Our goal is to provide legal services with the highest quality to individuals and business in an efficient, cost effective and responsive manner. The lawyers and staff in out firm recognize the need for the prompt resolution of legal matters. These resolutions should be based upon equitable and pragmatic terms consistent with the best interests of our clients and with due regard for the associated cost. Because we are dedicated to servicing the legal needs of our clients to the best of our ability, our lawyers and staff strive to continuously improve and refine their skills through ongoing education, training, the constant development of new skills and increased use of technological resources.
Crisp and Associates was established in 1981 in Berlin, New Hampshire. Since it was established, the firm has handled various types of civil litigation and commercial matters. For a number of years the firm served as counsel to a number of municipalities. We have experience acting as general counsel to small local businesses and large corporations engaged in business in multiple states. The firm has acted as general counsel to a number of diverse businesses for almost two decades. The lawyers at our firm also have extensive experience in civil litigation before Courts throughout New Hampshire and before various administrative boards and agencies. The areas of civil litigation in which we have experience include: commercial disputes, personal injury and worker compensation claims, domestic relation matters and construction claims.
Over the years the firm has represented clients in many diverse legal situations. Today, the firm's practice is concentrated in two areas. The first is the representation of small and developing businesses with their organizational, financing, operational and transactional needs. The second is civil litigation, including personal injury and workers compensation, domestic relations, construction matters, and administrative and regulatory matters.
Due to the firm's increasing number of statewide clients and involvement in professional association activities and civic groups, a Concord office was opened in 1992. We remain committed to providing to the best of our ability the highest possible legal services to our clients in central and northern New Hampshire.
